What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

DOME-7 applies free shipping when the customer spends over €50 in the online shop. Under the spent amount of €50 DOME-7 charges shipping costs for the customer. The shipping costs depend on the type of package and the country of destination. For a letterbox package in The Netherlands we charge €3.90. For a parcel shipment in The Netherlands we charge €6.50.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

In our webshop, customers can pay in various ways. DOME-7 accepts iDeal, PayPal and Bank transfers (Bank number at the bottom of every page).

How long will delivery take?

Delivery takes 2 to 3 workdays in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery to other European countries takes 5 to 7 workdays.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering one of our products you will receive an order confirmation on your e-mail. DOME-7 will then ensure that your products are prepared for shipment and we will offer them to PostNL or DHL. After offering your parcel to the parcel service you will receive a track & trace code to follow your package.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After ordering a product on our webshop you will receive an invoice trough your e-mail. DOME-7 will also put an invoice in your package

Is my package insured?

Yes, all our shipments are insured until you receive the package.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create a DOME-7 account, but having an account gives you many advantages.

When can I return a product?

You can return your order if the product is in the same condition as it was when delivered to you. Read more in our Return Policy.
